Declare an association

Anyone may declare a Bazou association, with or without an account. Nothing is published before examination.

The Permanent Secretary of the High Council or the King's Cabinet examines every declaration. No deadline is promised, and the record appears on the register only once the decision is made.

Published on the record if the declaration is validated.

Number of members to date. An association with no declared member cannot be activated.

The rotation rule

These two numbers constrain nothing: they declare the rule the association sets itself, and the record will display it as declared.

Optional. Between 1 and 240.

Optional. Between 1 and 20.

The board

At least one person. The circuit requires a President before an association can become active; the other offices are free.

You, the declarant

You are declaring without an account: your name and address are needed so that you can be answered. They are never published.

This submission publishes nothing: the declaration goes to examination.
